NJBS was established with a noble thought; “Education for all”, in 2056 B.S. at 4 no. Karahiya VDC, Rupandehi, Nepal at present Tilottama Municipalty-11, Manigram, Rupandehi Nepal.
With course of time, NJBS emerged higher with some energetic personalities in 2065 BS. Ultimately, now, it stands at its firmest with the excellent management of brilliant academicians bearing remarkable experience. As a chairman, this institute is lead by Mr. Laxman Gnawali, a local popular personality bearing Masters Degree in Business Administration with Finance and LLB with Banking. Having a sound knowledge of various sectors gained experience being involved at Banks, Colleges, Hospital, Media Sectors and attending different seminars abroad in Japan,China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Srilanka etc. Mr. Gnawali stands as a well distinguished icon in Management of different institute of the region.
As a Principal Mr. Sameer Khan, a well known personality for his contribution in different field as in Cricket, Media & Education. Obviously a dynamic personality having spent valuable 30 years in this field that has proved that wherever you are your dedication & honesty will bring success for you. An International Cricket Umpire & Sports journalist has got M. Com. in 1994. The experience that he possesses through various seminar & workshop attending at both national and international level is so profound. Besides, he is well acquainted to the customs of countries like- Pakistan, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, etc. through his frequent visits to these areas
